I do not believe that one practice model is perfect for everyone. There are concepts and practices that are proven but all must be refined and adapted to each unique practice.
My Values & Beliefs
I do not follow the high volume formula
Lower volume and higher value is the emphasis of my approach. However, this can take time and should not be a drastic change
I do not believe in the cult-like approach that says I am the guru
No cookie – cutter approach to every practice. we all face similar problems and that we all have patients with similar concerns and demands but the individual circumstances, goals
No high pressure tactics or demeaning descriptions of what will happen if...
I believe our profession sees far too many unprofessional and degrading marketing tactics that attempt to get dentists to subscribe to a certain method of obtaining new patients or building their practice.

One of the biggest actions Dr. Howard has helped me with is Hosting a Dental Implant Seminar in my community. I literally had no idea where to start and how to host a Seminar in my area. Dr. Howard walked me through each step. From how to market and promote the seminar, to what to say/ present during the seminar, to where and when to have the Seminar. Through the Dental Implant Seminars, he’s helped us differentiate ourselves in our area. Ultimately, the seminars have generated Consults and Revenue. Compared to other forms of marketing, this has been one of the best ways to build our Implant Practice. For example, our first seminar generated at least 5 consultations, one of which completed Full Mouth All on 4 Treatment and others who committed to other treatments.
